Awful. It's a glorified Chromebook but worse. Very disappointed both in Lenovo and the description provided on the Best Buy website. I own several Lenovo laptops and this is the second Yoga. Specs look good. You cannot access the laptop if not connected to the network that was used to set up the Microsoft operating system, which requires one to setup the laptop with a Microsoft account, similar to a Chromebook. We cannot log into the computer to access another network away from home because it won't let you log in unless the computer is online to access the Microsoft account. Therefore, we cannot access another internet network because we cannot log in. I am very proficient in IT and even reset the computer to see if there was another option of setting the computer up but do not see an option. I tried reaching Best Buy's Geek Squad but that was also a bust. Based on this experience, I don't know if I can buy another Lenovo again and we learned of this problem after the Best Buy return period ended. Specs are great. Operating system and dealing with what Microsoft is trying to do is frustrating. It's a useless tool and I'll probably end up buying a new computer even though I have a brand new one that can only be used at home...a novel portable DESKTOP Chromebook computer. Stay away.

So far I like the laptop but no one would or could help show me how to use it. Also, I keep getting messages to come pick it up.

Bought this laptop right before the semester and the original laptop I bought crashed on me. I took it to Best Buy and they replaced it for me. The second one also crashed a week after i took it home. It turns out that there was a corruption in the computer. Geek squad fixed it for me and have had no problems since.

It was really nice the first few weeks we had it. Three weeks in and the left click on the trackpad sticks making it almost unusable. There is a crackling sound that I think is coming from either the speakers, fan, or somewhere inside the case. If I am able to I just may return it and buy a different brand.

It seems to working for the most part and then almost get locked out. Geek squad fixed but then a week later same issues. It has been running lately but seem like it is starting to have issues again.

Excellent computer superior speed and size this is an MacBook killer

Still learning this device. Not so easy to figure out how it works. Wish I got the Hewlett Packard.

This computer sucks I will never buy this brand again, and I might never buy a computer from Best Buy again, only a year and a half after buying it, after incurring NO DAMAGE whatsoever, both charging ports stopped working, the computer died, and the Geek Squad wanted to charge me to repair it MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR IT.

Too many pop up adds for office 365. Should be able to tell it no once and it go away.

The battery gets very hot when charging. It is weird and dangerous.

It is a nice laptop but too big for convenience. Wil be returning for a 14" version.

Worked great for about 3 weeks. Then, the numeric keyboard stopped working. After a lengthy phone call with Lenovo support, I had to ship it back to them for repair. Just sent it 2 days ago, pain in the tush not having it.

Battery dies too fast everything else is good thank you

I have been buying my laptop from best buy since day one and have never had any problems. Normally I get HP but they dont seem to last that long anymore so i decided to try lenovo yoga. Worst decision of my life. This laptop is incredibly glitchy. One day it will work, the next it wont. All of a sudden i could no longer sign in with my finger print,my password to log in stopped working and worst of all the mouse totally disappeared. Im not even joking. I eventually found a solution but jc. Its like one thing to the next. I spent over $700 for this crappy laptop when some people spend way less for a better one? I feel so bamboozled. Anyways this will be my LAST purchase for lenovo.

It is super sensitive and some times the keys get stuck.

Have IMAP issues. Unit was open box and not sure will be resolved

I never write bad reviews, I'm not that person. But I haven't had this 30-days and I had this laptop already. Since I'm within the window for return, I'm returning it this weekend. The touchscreen I can't stand. When I go to use my keyboard it somehow toggles off of my keyboard and it won't type. It's a continual fight to get through an email. things take me longer to do, and wish I had my old computer back. I actually hate the Windows 11 even more, and will be uninstalling it when I return this. Want Windows 10 back. I've had a Lenovo before and loved it, but this one was terrible. There was nothing I liked about this computer.
