Lenovo Yoga 16"

False advertising

Nothing bad with the laptop, I like it just fine. My problem is with Best Buy and their false advertising. Buyer, beware! The 3 MONTHS free xbox game pass that is supposed to come with the laptop, it not real. The digital download is only for 1 MONTH!! So I called Best Buy. After being transferred to 5 different "expert support" reps, they basically said that they can`t do anything. It`s on their website, advertised in big bold letters, but apparently it is not their responsibility to provide the advertised item. So, they want me to call Lenovo and get a code! I`m sorry, I didn`t buy the laptop from Lenovo, Lenovo didn`t promote the game pass on their website to increase their sales, YOU DID, BEST BUY! DO BETTER!

Open-Box Beware!

Too bad it is passed the return time, so I'm stuck with dealing with Lenovo to get it repaired. I can't help but think the screen flutter issue I am experiencing is the reason why it may have been returned and then sold as open-box item. Will definitely be the last open-box item I purchase from Best Buy.

Keyboard backlight does not work

WHAT A LET DOWN!!!

I am in college, this was the sole purpose of purchasing this thing. Im in the middle of an exam and it would not let me choose an answer. Test timed out and I failed it. What a mess!!! Then I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with college I.T department trying to figure out WHY this thing would not perform that simple task. It's probably good for 'home' type stuff but college? you might want to steer clear of it. I was able to take my test again and passed it using my APPLE!!!

Best buy messed up

I’m not sure why they placed the order if they weren’t sure if they were able to even get the product.

Webcam is not 1080.

Saw others online with similar problem on Lenovo products. Exhaustive troubleshooting, reinstalled drivers, etc. - determined it is either a hardware issue or a Windows issue - either way not worth the trouble.

Touchpad design flaw

After 1 month the touch pad started sticking. I use the touchpad 100% of the time and do not use a mouse. I returned it to Best Buy and they replaced it with the same model because overall i liked the Lenovo. However, after another month, the touch pad started sticking again. This time i asked them to rplace it with a different model. Would not recommend thr Lenovo Yoga 16”

Best Buy Greeksquad scam

I reached outGreeksqud via bestbuy and they reviewed and gave estimate 1350$ which is ridiculous. Laptop cost itself 800$ but repairs cost is 1367$ even it had less than an year

To adjust display settings, either press the Windows key or your device or click in the searchbar on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen when logged in. Search "display settings" and it should populate as the first option. Also, there are display options in the Lenovo Vantage application. Making adjustments in these two areas should improve your viewing experience.

Not worth the money

Meaning I lost everything, a total factory reset. More often than not when I wake it up, my cursor disappears. I use it for work so I do use it a lot and for the most part, it works fine but for the price I paid, it has not been impressive.

No support for m.2 2280 SSDs

Bad Quality Product

Couldn't close top part of the after 3 months, Scree is cracked and I can't close the laptop now. Best Buy stated that they are not responsible for the 1 year warranty & Lenovo stated that fixing my issue is not covered by their 1 year warrant
