All of sudden this laptop not working post 10 months. I reached outGreeksqud via bestbuy and they reviewed and gave estimate 1350$ which is ridiculous. Laptop cost itself 800$ but repairs cost is 1367$ even it had less than an year

Not even 6 months since I bought it brand new and I’ve had to leave it with Geek Squad to fix because it became “corrupted” during an update. Meaning I lost everything, a total factory reset. More often than not when I wake it up, my cursor disappears. I use it for work so I do use it a lot and for the most part, it works fine but for the price I paid, it has not been impressive.

A good overall laptop but Lenovo engineers decided to only support m.2 2242 size SSDs instead of the more common 2280.

I HAD PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED 2 AND THEY BOTH WENT OUT AND WOULD NOT TURN ON 6-8 MONTHS LATER. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THIS ONE HAS GLITCHED TO A BLACK SCREEN A FEW TIMES

Had for 3 days and worked well but then intel operating system failed. Had to return itwm

Poor quality computer. Couldn't close top part of the after 3 months, Scree is cracked and I can't close the laptop now. Best Buy stated that they are not responsible for the 1 year warranty & Lenovo stated that fixing my issue is not covered by their 1 year warrant

The WORST laptop I ever used. On top of this the placement of power switch on side is nightmare if you want to shift positions. Someone should give award to the designer. I tried to give many change but luckily BB is showing some trade-in value otherwise it would have gone to trash.

I ordered this item on january the 30, of 2023 it should have been here on february the 2, of 2023, but it never came. so I call best buy and they told me that they will reship for tomorrow on februray the 3, of 2023. same thing happen never got my labtop so i ask for my money back becues there shipping service sucks.

Replacement after the other one failed. Disappointed after only having it a short time.

The Lenovo - Yoga 7i was too big and too heavy. I should have lifted and tried it before purchasing it. I was looking for a laptop very similar to my work computer which is a Dell Latitude 5420. I later exchanged the Lenovo - Yoga 7i for an HP which is very similar, in size and weight, to my Dell computer

Liked the laptop initially. Tried running various applications and as expected was very slow.

Laptop did not last 1.5 years. The speaker in computer failed and did not allow any external speaker connection. Had a 2 year warranty, but Best Buy wanted a $82 charge to send for repairs.

Don't buy if you don't want problems and lots of wasted time, don't buy this computer, the touchpad always stops working, look on the internet to see how many people have the same problem, at least twice a week you will find the problem.

I had a bad experience with this laptop, had a defect in the internal part and shorted out on me.

At first this computer was good! But then it started overheating and being slow:/

Charger broke very easily. It fell and broke right off.

I️ bought it 3 days after the 15 day return policy it stopped working and Lenovo won’t take responsibility since I️ didn’t buy it directly from them have been getting the run around for 6 months still no help

The backlite keyboard stop working after a few months. Of course was out of warranty. To replace keyboard is $250! Never buy a Lenovo again.

Bought this computer in May of 2023. In October of 2024, the mother board failed and now it's useless. I would expect a LOT more from a Lenovo computer.

Dissapointed because the damage to the laptop was poorly documented. Dents and scratches on the corners. It has not affected the ability of the laptop computer as of yet, but cosmetically it looks bad.
