I am not a heavy gamer/user, but I do work from home. I really like this laptop for my uses. Here's why: 1) Best Buy customer service was really exceptional on picking this/buying this. I now prefer buying electronics from Best Buy over Amazon, due to the ability to walk in and get real person help. 2) Right size for me. It is a little funny to me to spend less for a bigger laptop, but that was the case. I am not travelling a lot these days so don't need the smallest and lightest, but it is still right-sized and weighted for the travel I do. 3) Fast easy set up on most apps. Had to tweak a few settings to get my shared drive, printer, etc. working, but for the most part it has been pretty painless. This Yoga and/or the Windows 11 operating system is a little more intuitive when it comes to all that stuff. 4) I am ridiculously fond of the little physical camera blocker. In these days of cyber invasions, having a little window that slides over my camera and tells me when it is blocked if I forget is just -- nifty. 5) all in all, with this laptop I feel like I have made it into this decade when it comes to work tools. Great value for the money.

Great deal. Number pad makes for easy data entry, Full rotation of the screen helps the hinges last longer. screen is bright and clear. Speed and performance is Top notch. I have purchased 14 of these over the 5 months for various clients and all have performed great.

Sleek, light, great screen and fast system. Hard to say better then the last version. Good battery life as well.

Slim line design, upgraded from old XP. What a difference. Even runs some old 32 bit programs.

This laptop is solid. It is doing everything I need. I moved up from a 14 inch Yoga that was three years old. It took some time to get used to a larger keyboard, but all is going well. I am sure there are better laptops for more money, but the value here is great. I am self-employed and easily spend eight to 10 hours a day on the laptop, And it peforms just fine -- Office, Zoom, 40 tabs open in Chrome at the same time. Highly recommended!
