Very well built and powerful laptop. I love the screen resolution and all of the features on this laptop. The only issue I have had is it froze a few times, but it was only momentarily.

However the customer service when I had an issue was useless I did a computer reset and fixed it myself. Maybe if they would listen to the customer they would be able to help more.

The keys press nicely so writing is easy and flowing. The screen is shiny like a tv almost and excellent for watching netflix. Operating system seems great, works quickly, and the battery has a great life.

He has been able to use for his courses, his personnel entertainment, and for viewing videos pf his sports highlights.

I’ve only had it for a month but for what I am using it for (pursuing my CPA and Doctorate degree) and general internet use it’s awesome! Battery life is good just very happy all around.
