Left it in my office til I was back. Almost immediately out of the box the touchpad click stuck. I put up with it, thought maybe it would fix itself, I don’t know. But by the time I called Best Buy, they told me the two week window to return had closed. It had been 17 days. Two weeks? Anything less than 30 is absurd Best Buy. So I called the manufacturer, and they say I have to send it to them, and it will take about 10 days and could cost $168 to repair, or more. They want me to do without a laptop - I’m self-employed! And then charge me for their faulty build. Well, looks like they’re going to win, because here we are 32 days into ownership and my screen has gone black. The computer turns on but then turns itself off. I’ve been working all day today, just finished a huge project. It’s on my hard drive. I need it tomorrow. I can’t get to it. Worst computer experience I’ve ever had. No more Best Buy and no more Lenovo. You’re both horrible.
