I went in for laptop repairs and ultimately purchased a new laptop (more cost-effective). The young gentleman (don't remember his name but he is Ukrainian) was very nice and helpful. He informed me of multiple laptop specs and if they were necessary for my needs, before deciding on the Lenovo.
