Good laptop with some issues

One being the mouse pad will go out and not work several times a week. There are times when keys do not work, but that is not as often. Did a device update and it seemed to help for a short time, but it is back to it again.

Well built and rather heavy. I don't think it will be easy to break. Has all the expected modern ports and feature rich. I intend to be using it for years to come! reat laptop

My Lenovo Experience

I provide virtual sessions in my business so a camera is crucial. After 2 weeks all of a sudden my camera stopped working. Unfortunately the assistance I received from Lenovo support was useless. Eventually located solution on youtube looks like its a common occurrence so someone should find a resolve.
