My Lenovo Experience

I provide virtual sessions in my business so a camera is crucial. After 2 weeks all of a sudden my camera stopped working. Unfortunately the assistance I received from Lenovo support was useless. Eventually located solution on youtube looks like its a common occurrence so someone should find a resolve.

Very disappointed in the staffing at the stores.

But, the staff is not trai ws very well. They used to be so helpful. Also, when buying a phone and having the info from one phone is very slow. The store has the worst internet service ever especially for a tech company. I am loosing all faith in Best Buy.

Great Laptop

It's typically plugged in when in use so I can't speak to battery life. This is also the second Yoga 7i I've recently puchased to replace 2 older Dell laptops.

She picked it out in the store and when we delivered it to her she could not keep the smile off her face. We did mail order and the package arrived intact and the computer was well protected during the process. The picture is sharp and she reports it is working fine at college.
