Still Running Great After 2 Years! I’ve had this Lenovo Yoga 7i (16", 2K, i7-1355U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) for two years now, and it’s still going strong. It handles everything I throw at it—work, streaming, multitasking—without slowing down. The 2K touchscreen is sharp and responsive, and the 2-in-1 design is super versatile for both productivity and entertainment. Battery life is still solid, and the build quality has held up really well. The hinge is smooth, and the Storm Grey finish still looks sleek. No major issues at all—just a reliable, high-performing laptop that’s aged gracefully. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a long-lasting, premium 2-in-1!

This isn't a bad laptop at all for $1000. It's fast and quiet with a little tweaking; the integrated fingerprint reader and the camera both work perfectly with Windows 11. I hated having to remember so many passwords! I got the "Lenovo Precision Pen 2" with it for another $50 which pairs automatically somehow, even without bluetooth. You can even set it up to use the clicky things like a mouse (left and right click). Now I can edit .pdfs and color outside the lines all day like a real pro. Thanks Lenovo. I'd suggest shipping the Yogas with an updated Intel firmware patch and the "super resolution" feature turned OFF though; the fan was blowing like a dragster out of the box just trying to keep up. I ultimately traced it to the GPU utilization. It now runs around 5% at idle with a package temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Can't even hear it on. Nice.

Very easy set up, and this computer is very quick even if you have slower internet speeds. Upon opening to use, it automatically comes on and w/in just a couple seconds, it is connected to your internet and ready to use! Great display, and the touch screen is amazing (a little touchy though). Bought for wife (I already have a Lenovo) and will not go to any other brand! The battery life is crazy good as well!!!

Lenovo Yoga 7i is an amazing laptop. Has a little weight to it but, not too much to where it’s not portable. I personally think the weight comes from the quality material used to craft this baby. It is sleek, slim and snatched! Lol I love it! I finised two years of college and several years of personal/work use and this is my second purchase! I love this brand and specifically this model. The Display is so beautiful, battery life is amazing and last up to 10 hours on battery save mode, the touchscreen feedback is effective and efficient, the processor is extremely fast. Which allows you to multitask on a different level! I love my baby! 10 out of 10 Lenovo! Well done!

This is a fantastic laptop. I've previously shied away from 2-in-1 laptops because, in my experience, they usually aren't very good at being tablets, and because they're trying to be a tablet, they end up not being very good at being a laptop, either. Admittedly, I have not used this in its tablet form much, but it very much does not suffer as a laptop. The build quality on this thing is outstanding. It's very solid, with no worrying flex that I've been able to determine. I've only rotated the screen beyond it's normal 90 degree-ish laptop orientation a couple times, but it felt very secure and stable when I briefly tried it out in what I'll call its tent pose. I don't intend to spend much time with it outside of the standard vertical screen/horizontal keyboard layout, but should the occasion call for it, I feel confident that it'll hold up. The performance is great. You'd expect that from an i7 with 16gb of RAM and an SSD, but it chews through regular casual and work use. For work, I use it open and connected to an external 1080p monitor, and it works perfectly. Occasionally outside of work, I'll close it and connect it to my 4k TV and it works perfectly displaying at the TV's native resolution as well. It's also surprisingly capable of light gaming, which I did not expect at all. I'm able to run Java Minecraft with a suite of mods at high settings at 1080p at a smooth 60fps. Fortnite runs at, I believe, medium/low settings also at a smooth 60fps. This isn't a gaming laptop by any means, but for only having onboard graphics, it's really impressive performance. I haven't really used it extensively on battery power, but I spent a few hours using it off the charger and only went through 20-30% of the battery. I'd feel comfortable needing, say, 6-7 hours of normal use on battery. I love that it charges over USB-C, so as long you have a 65w USB-C charger (and compatible cable) you can charge it. It's such a massive improvement over having to lug around a brick if you want to leave the house. There have been a couple of hiccups that it only seems fair to acknowledge, but nothing to knock even a half a star off of my rating. When I first set it up, I kept it by my couch, plugged in with the vents uncovered, but standing on its end, and a couple of times opened it to find it had crashed. Putting it into hibernation of simply shutting it down when not in use (with the SSD, it's so fast to start up, the difference between fully shut down and hibernating is barely noticable). Leaving it on my desk it's been perfect whether I shut it down, put it to sleep, or simply lock the screen. I did have an issue where I turned on the blue light filter in the Lenovo Vantage app and then was unable to get the color back to normal, despite turning the filter off. I'm sure if I'd devoted more time to it than I was willing to spend, I could have figure it out, but this was on the second day I had it, so I just did a system restore to the previous day, and it was good as new. We're firmly into nitpick territory here, but the screen could be a bit brighter. Even in a relatively dimly lit room, the screen isn't very bright (I believe it's 300 nits), and I'd image you very quickly get into visibility issues in a brightly lit room or outside. The keyboard is a little cramped for my tastes, though I do appreciate that they opted to include a 10-key keyboard. What else? The built-in webcam privacy cover is a little finnicky to use. This is the level of pedantic I'm having to get to to come up with negatives. Overall, I'm very impressed by this laptop. For the price, I can't imagine finding a better combination of performance, build quality, and features. I'm considering picking up a compatible stylus and giving that the tablet mode a more thorough tryout, but even using it as a pure laptop, I could scarcely be more pleased.
