    The only problem I encountered that resulted in 4 stars rather than 5 has to do with my camera. I provide virtual sessions in my business so a camera is crucial. After 2 weeks all of a sudden my camera stopped working. Unfortunately the assistance I received from Lenovo support was useless. Eventually located solution on youtube looks like its a common occurrence so someone should find a resolve.

    Great Laptop. Just what I expected from Lenovo and Best Buy. Well built and rather heavy. I don't think it will be easy to break. Has all the expected modern ports and feature rich. I intend to be using it for years to come! reat laptop

    Great laptop, good performance with a bright crisp screen, I also like the fact that it's very quiet, no fan noise. It's typically plugged in when in use so I can't speak to battery life. This is also the second Yoga 7i I've recently puchased to replace 2 older Dell laptops.

    I bought this laptop as a gift for one of my siblings. He is so far pleased with its responsiveness. I am unable to tell you anything about the battery life as the laptop is not mine. I was pleased with the display of the laptop as I looked at it before giving it to my sibling.

    The manager that helped us was so sweet and understanding as we had to return a laptop as it had a malfunction. She took her time and listened to our concerns and we were there for a while to get another laptop that had a higher price than our original one. She met our expectations and she did not make us feel rushed. We would go back for sure.
