The Geek Squad Agent set it up and made it so seamless to transition to the Lenovo. We like the number keypad. Makes entering number so much easier. So far, we are very happy with the Lenovo Yoga.

She took her time and listened to our concerns and we were there for a while to get another laptop that had a higher price than our original one. She met our expectations and she did not make us feel rushed. We would go back for sure.

She's a creative and uses it for her video editing, surfing the net, and a bunch of other tasks. It was an amazing deal and is study and very multipurposes. Works great with the tablet pen for artists and note takers as well!

Looks great, but 2 did not work brand new!

First one looked great, performed great, but would only connect to my WiFi after restarting. After closing laptop, would not connect to WiFi and again. I would have to restart it every single time in order for WiFi to work. Even the hotspot connection would not work, so it was very frustrating. Had Lenovo tech update my driver and work on it, but still had same issue. Best Buy gave it a go with no success. So I exchange it for same model…. Crossing fingers but the second one wouldn’t even turn on! Took it back to BestBuy and even they were surprised it wouldn’t turn on. So exchange it for another laptop that wasn’t Yoga.
