Looks great and plenty fast for what i need. I wish the mouse pad was a little smaller.

Still getting used to this new laptop. Runs well, good battery life, does what I need.

I like the laptop, but wish there would be more instructions. I did not get an information booklet, nor can I find anything on line. Since my last laptop, I know more enhancements have occurred. I am not a fan of microsoft, and tired of the reminders about games. I am much more interested in my things that I do.

This dinosaur has found my new computer fairly easy to navigate.

I like that it’s a touch screen as well and it makes easier to use.

I use it for work, school and light gaming and it’s been great! I recommend it to my coworkers and classmates and some have gotten the same or similar model and we’re all happy with them.

Best computer I have ever owned, used daily for work, with multiple browsers opened, and no lag. It's my first Lenovo, I love everything about it, and will probably never go back to HP. It was on at BestBuy and couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Best buy staff took the best care of me, I was told by Lenovo to take my computer in and best buy would take a look at it but I am a Part of the geek squat warranty protection program and because my laptop was still under warranty they exchange it for a new one painless and simple.

This laptop has been a great computer for school. Best part for me is that I can take it on the go. It turns into a tablet; my previous computer was also a Lenovo and that's why I made the decision to go with this one.

Great laptop for the price. I bought it open box so it had some scratches but the main problem was that it occasionally lags and glitches. However, that’s to be expected on a used product. I would fully recommend this if you get it brand new.

Great internet connectivity, speed, responsiveness, and storage over previously purchased computers.

You will spend over 1 hour on remote support and your problem will not be fixed. Got this device brand new in October 2023. A few weeks later the touchpad started malfunctioning so I resorted to using an external mouse. I called for remote support and because I am a My BestBuy Total member, the Geek Squard did their remote troubleshooting and attempted to fix the problem. A few days later the same problem occurred. I managed to use the external mouse until it was replaced in December. The touchpad on the replaced device has been working well but the Fingerprint sensor is not working. Again I have asked for remote support, the Geek Squad did some troubleshooting remotely and attempted to fix the problem but did not fix it. After 1 hour of troubleshooting and wasting my time, it seems the technicians could not even identify the problem. I would not recommend this device because it could come with one problem or another.

My son has no complaints. I am satisfied with the results.

Great laptop for everyday use. Got it at the discounted price. It can be used for personal and for daily work.

My last Lenovo was not a good experinece. I wanted to give it another shot with a new laptop. Big difference this time. Much better product and perfect for what I needed. Decent discount pricing through Best-Buy. So far, I olve it.
