Solid computer, great for school, little to no issues

Its a nice computer overall, the only issue I have is with the software but only because, I dislike the newer windows system. Otherwise, it's a nice equipment and very efficient.

I have bought 4 of the older ones and naturally the newer one is better, the change of ports is also helpful. For the price they are hard to beat! 16 inch touch display, full port selection, no complaints

Super slim, light and look great, ideal for college students

About a month before my first anniversary of owning the laptop, the touchpad stopped working. Around that same time, Lenovo had been repeatedly contacting me about renewing my warranty. The timing felt suspicious, considering the issue appeared just as the original warranty period was ending. The issue was never fixed. Then, almost exactly on the second anniversary of purchasing the laptop, I started experiencing issues with the cooling fan, it began spinning unusually fast and made some weird noise while the overall performance of the laptop slowed down significantly. It’s hard not to notice the pattern. These problems seem to occur right around the anniversary or purchase month each time, which makes the timing feel more than coincidental.
