I’m really enjoying this laptop super fast, I switched from apple laptop

This is the first time i have stuck with the same brand and make of laptop. I really enjoy the functionality and price of this laptop. It does i need it to.

So far the computer is working fine. Still have a lot to learn about it. Would have liked a manual but I know that is old school. I might have preferred a different color keyboard. Sometimes it's hard to see.

the computer is great and i am still learning how to use it every day. I like the means of using it in the diffrent platforms it offers and it is very responsive and works well.

very fast . Does not print. It will scan but not print

Bought a refurbished one. The speakers do not work. Had to leave town and didn’t have time to return it.

I bought this computer when my Dell laptop died. I’ve always had Dell and thought. that’s what I really wanted but I got this Lenovo and it’s been a great buy!

The computer was easy to set up and works great. I use for email and browsing the web and everything is fine. The in-store consultant was spot on with this recommendation.

Very quick and quite intuitive (which is good for a more senior user used to a laptop that was over 10 years old). Like the tenkey, just wish the keys were a bit larger, but getting used to it.

Not a good time to review. I just pressed a key and my screen went black. Couldn't see anything to correct it and couldn't turn it off. Geed Squad to the rescue--I can see the screen again. It's only 3 weeks old and I'm still struggling to learn proper use.

My old data was able to be saved and copied to my new laptop. Everything was very good except for the pick-up. The new system and software were not explained very well. I had to do a lot of trial and error to figure things out. But, it all seems to be working fine now.

Good laptop get the job done. I like the design and display.

My son went to buy a Dell and did so… 2 of them. Both Dells were replaced and we left with this laptop. This book has completed got my respect. It’s a solid machine and well worth a consideration.

The product is wonderful. The help we received at the Geek desk, not so much. They were unable to set up several of the sites we needed. Also could not help me with my Best buy sign on?????

I was usually an HP user but after my purchase let me tell you is one of my Best purchase I ever made I love everything about this Laptop Lenovo a lot of awesome features.

This is an awesome computer with great video quality. The camera Works awesome and the screen clarability is wonderful. This computer is very user friendly.

We bought this laptop for our son who just started his freshman year in college. It has worked out perfectly. The sales person did a great job providing valuable information about this laptop.

The help and information I received were incredible! I am hopeful that every visit to Best Buy will be this positive, even if I work with another associate.

Great laptop for the price. I bought it open box so it had some scratches but the main problem was that it occasionally lags and glitches. However, that’s to be expected on a used product. I would fully recommend this if you get it brand new.

The computer runs smoothly, keyboard is nice, typing a breeze. The camera is great and i love that you can it have a cover installed to cover the camera.
