I bought this computer when my Dell laptop died. I’ve always had Dell and thought. that’s what I really wanted but I got this Lenovo and it’s been a great buy!

Super slim, light and look great, ideal for college students

My old data was able to be saved and copied to my new laptop. Everything was very good except for the pick-up. The new system and software were not explained very well. I had to do a lot of trial and error to figure things out. But, it all seems to be working fine now.

The computer was easy to set up and works great. I use for email and browsing the web and everything is fine. The in-store consultant was spot on with this recommendation.

the computer is great and i am still learning how to use it every day. I like the means of using it in the diffrent platforms it offers and it is very responsive and works well.

This is an awesome computer with great video quality. The camera Works awesome and the screen clarability is wonderful. This computer is very user friendly.

Very quick and quite intuitive (which is good for a more senior user used to a laptop that was over 10 years old). Like the tenkey, just wish the keys were a bit larger, but getting used to it.

I was usually an HP user but after my purchase let me tell you is one of my Best purchase I ever made I love everything about this Laptop Lenovo a lot of awesome features.

Not a good time to review. I just pressed a key and my screen went black. Couldn't see anything to correct it and couldn't turn it off. Geed Squad to the rescue--I can see the screen again. It's only 3 weeks old and I'm still struggling to learn proper use.

The help and information I received were incredible! I am hopeful that every visit to Best Buy will be this positive, even if I work with another associate.

The computer runs smoothly, keyboard is nice, typing a breeze. The camera is great and i love that you can it have a cover installed to cover the camera.

The product is wonderful. The help we received at the Geek desk, not so much. They were unable to set up several of the sites we needed. Also could not help me with my Best buy sign on?????

Good laptop get the job done. I like the design and display.

My son went to buy a Dell and did so… 2 of them. Both Dells were replaced and we left with this laptop. This book has completed got my respect. It’s a solid machine and well worth a consideration.

We bought this laptop for our son who just started his freshman year in college. It has worked out perfectly. The sales person did a great job providing valuable information about this laptop.

This purchase was everything I was hoping for, it is perfect for my job and was very inexpensive. I did a trade in and the whole experience was easy. I was in and out.

The computer specs were fine. It worked quickly and the keyboard was pretty good. Seemed great for a laptop if the goal is to sit on your couch and surf the web. The screen and sound was alright for viewing videos but nothing you'd show off. Main drawbacks: 1. There are better laptops for only a few hundred more. 2. The webcam is the worst quality on anything I've ever seen. I've had 6 year old budget phones from the dollar general with better picture quality than this webcam. 3. Still not as great of battery life as my 4 year old Mac. 4. Hinge felt really questionable. And the laptop was too heavy to use in tablet mode.
