When I went to pick up the new computer, it was not the computer I purchased. After waiting one hour, I showed them my receipt, had to leave the computer to transfer the old data to the new computer, and erase the data on the wrong computer. This total transition took 4 trips to Best Buy and 4.5 hours.. although they were polite, it was not acceptable.. I shouldn’t have to be put at the end of the line, due to their mistake.

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.
