I purchased a computer, left old computer to transfer data to the nee computer. When I went to pick up the new computer, it was not the computer I purchased. After waiting one hour, I showed them my receipt, had to leave the computer to transfer the old data to the new computer, and erase the data on the wrong computer. This total transition took 4 trips to Best Buy and 4.5 hours.. although they were polite, it was not acceptable.. I shouldn’t have to be put at the end of the line, due to their mistake.

I bought this laptop on sale and is by far the best Laptop at this price point. It comes full of features you only find in more expensive laptops.
