    Very happy with my purchase. Prior laptop had hard drive issue; i thought i lost files. Not true. Everything was easily reloaded onto new computer, and i was up and running quickly.

    I was happily surprised to find out that it has Windows Hello facial recognition in addition to the fingerprint reader. I have no complaints

    My Lenovo was a 2007 model and lasted till 2023. Had to have a new Lenovo with windows 11, Very very happy, geek squad helped with set up, now having fun.

    Easy set up. User friendly. Screen is beautiful. Multi position display is great. Touch screen is a little slow in response, but that could just be user error.
