A computer that you have to work for

I found its touchscreen extremely lacking compared to other touchscreen laptops. I’d have to tap the screen hard and multiple times before it would register touch. The screen brightness was okay, but definitely not great with strong sunlight. Windows updates were a bit of a nightmare on the device. It ended up being too much of a headache to keep accommodating—I just needed it to work and, for the most part, take care of itself. Don’t buy the pen accessory. It worked 50% of the time, and even then was not reliable.

Slow touch screen response and battery gets low.

It was hard because I needed a program to work with college courses and needed windows 10. I was unable to get. I still bought a laptop thank you.
