Keyboard issues

Got it delivered since it wasn't available in store.Once she started to use the keyboard was less tactile than she wanted. Also the BackSpace Key would physically get stuck and erase everything she just typed. Maybe this issue was a one-off. Had several Lenovo laptops in the past w/o issue. I like the quality of Lenovo laptops, but Had to return this one in store for full refund.
