Old fashioned and technology illiterate as I am, I believe that in time I will be quite comfortable and confident in using it. Got the rascal at Black Friday sales price (half off!!) a week before Black Friday, thanks to the Best Buy associate who helped me make the laptop selection! I certainly will recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for quality sales and service!

I'm a picky person and I went through at least 5 laptops before arriving at this one. Its sleek, strong and well versatile. The picture quality is beautiful! As the president of a media and art organization I have to be picky and this is it. In fact- I think Ill buy another :)

Migrating files from previous computer was incomplete for some reason. touch seems to have a mind of its own as to when it will work. No better than the recent HP except for being of more robust construction. If you tend to handle your computer by the corners as the recipient of this one does, it will not flex and break inside as much. If you rely on touch... maybe not this one. It is a positive that it isn't awful as acer tends to be when the hinges snap during the warranty period and are NOT COVERED.

Per her, this is the optimum configured laptop for that, and she likes the versatility and flexibility of the hardware, and the specs that support. She was skeptical about doing game development, but it worked fine there too. She is happy after about a month’s use. Overall, a satisfying purchase. Giving 5 stars; will update after 6 months.
