My husband really liked the chassis build and form factor of this laptop over a Dell he was considering. Touch and feel of keyboard was nice and responsive. Having the number pad was a plus for hi. While the two-in-1 is nice, with a screen this big it was a little cumbersome. But if you need that size, it's great.

Good both while working , streaming , style , battery

Laptop is working good but I have problem with Airpods it is not working good and I want to bestbuy they ordered new one yesterday I got the delivery and it is not pairing also and again I am missing the left Airpods

Very proficient piece of technology. Folds and writes perfectly well as well as any name brand tablet. Great buy, would consider buying one for anyone else or myself for college or even light gaming and editing.

The specs & price point impressed me, so I bought this computer to supplement my MacBook Pro. The her drive is ridiculously fast, but limited it 512 and I am having a very difficult time finding an SSD upgrade for it, which Lenovo says is capped at 1TB. Best Buy, please sell the hard drives!!Lenovo competes viciously with Microsoft on forcing its resource draining adware & bloatware. This is not a brand I’d recommend based on that alone, this is a decent computer once you remove some of the bloatware and limit Lenovo’s monitoring of your activities. Windows 11 is not an operating system. I would try to flush down the toilet because it would clog it. Hopefully windows 12 should be coming around the corner soon as 11 is fluff. The dated architecture needs to go, Microsoft! Stop being the “old pudge guy” who brags about HS football and chicks like Al B.

Great laptop overall. Small problem with losing the wireless signal on occasion for no reason...usually need to restart to solve problem. New router and internet connected.

Love this computer. I moved from Windows 7 to Windows 11 in one day. Thanks to Best Buy Total Tech the transfer was very smooth. And even had a session with a Geek Squad member to answer any questions I had.

Love this laptop! The Geek Squad at Best Buy transferred info from my previous computer within a day! Lenovo provides excellent online question answering and tutoring. Very pleased with the purchase!

Very good quality laptop. I will be using for general use. It suits exactly what I need in a laptop. Would definitely recommend.

I like the computer very much. The sales people were very helpful and answered my questions and listened to what I needed in a computer without trying to sell me something that was more than I needed..

It's worked out very well. The guy who helped me did a good job of helping me get whar I needed. I needed a new laptop ASAP and this got me out of a fix.

This is exactly what we needed - work well and isn't too big or too small.

I really enjoy this computer. It seems durable which is needed with a cluts like myself. I like how it shows news and recent discoveries on the front page when I open google. Graphics are also very nice.

I felt so out of touch with technology when purchasing this laptop but through lots of research and asking questions this is the one we picked. So far it has done everything I have needed.

I paid for the item on sale with keyboard backlighting $549 I was given at the store item with no backlight $499 I have already installed my programs on it before I noticed there was no backlights..........not happy with your service!!!! Items would be identical except for the backlight!!
