One of my biggest mistakes. I'm a grandfather and have owned several computer brands. All of them I've used for many years with no issues. The Lenovo I bought is only 1 and a half years old and has software and hardware issues. I feel the Lenovo was a huge waste of my money and will choose to replace it rather than pay for a repair.

freaking MASSIVE see it in store first, not portable at all, had to return, way too big for a student who lugs their computer around 24/7

Product is little heavy due to size but performance is good. My experience of buying it from the store was horrible

I really like this computer but I’ve been having issues with the keyboard and keys coming loose and popping off all together.

Good internals for the price, terrible peripherals. Touchscreen that can't be turned off isn't a feature, it's an annoyance, also there's an OS or hardware issue that all of them seem to have where the touchpad doesn't work unless you restart it a certain way. Also a touchpad without buttons is an awful concept, not made for real work.

So far this laptop is performing great. I have not yet completely migrated to it though. I need more time.

Can be nonresponsive and lags a bit at times. Find myself rebooting often.

I love the size, however it has a glitch. The mouse pad stopped working, and only touch screen works.

Good PC for work and personal use. I recommend this item to people.

Do not waste your time buying this level of Lenovo product - they are made of plastic and even with the most careful use, the hardware falls apart. This was purchased to replace a two year old product on which a hinge spontaneously came apart and was more expensive to fix than replace. This machine's touch pad failed within 2 months. It was exchanged for the same machine and the touchpad on that failed within 24 hours. Returned it for an HP that is heavier and pricier, but at least not made of plastic. The yoga is also fairly slow, even for moderate, non-gaming or streaming use. Web pages slow to load even.

I bought an open box in excellent condition, it came with the laptop and charger. It worked great until I shut it off the first time and then would not start. I was able to return it. The laptop is very solid

Constant issues with this machine. It is my first and last Lenovo. I'm finally giving up even though the best buy warranty is still in place.

Touch function works great and clean graphics, but the touchpad goes out constantly. Its insanely frustrating. I spend more time updating drivers and trying to fight with the touchpad than I do on anything productive. Plug and play mouses do not work when touchpad isn't functioning.

I do not recommend buying an open box, I thought they would check it before sending it, when I received it the device did not work as described, the keyboard did not work at all.

Like a ghost is controlling my cursor. When moving it, it disappears and when it comes back, it is in a different place on screen! Also, screen movement and icon actions may occur without my initiating them, such as repeatingly opening pages that I did not request such as replies to emails. Have also mysteriously had spreadsheet data deleted without my action. Will take back to Best Buy to see if they can help, because Lenovo help page is useless.

I have been having an issue with this laptop. I am not able to connect to the internet more twice. I purchased this device in order to complete my classes.

Laptop works good for a while. The hinges break and the plastic around the pops out after a year of use. Of course, right after warranty expires. It was used by adult and very minimal, so it is very disappointing that it did not last.
