Don't buy open box laptops

I got an open box delivered and it was the right box but wrong open box laptop. Whoever was in the returns department did pay attention. It's now been 3 weeks since i've tried to return the laptop for a refund. No one can seem to help me get my money back. Going to cancel my total tech membership when it comes to renewal.

No support for standard m.2 2280 SSDs

Not a great experience

It was an open box sale- so it was defective before I got it and shouldn't have been resold.

Missing original adapter with Open box excellent

So please don't always trust BestBuy open box

Constant Issues

The screen jumps while streaming. Now, it is not recognizing the hard drive so it is stuck on boot. This is a dud. Best buy has removed my model (The 16gb) from listing because they know this is a defective laptop.

Great Value - Lots of features for the money!

My son, who is what I consider an expert at technology, chose this one for me as it filled all of the boxes for me and fit very nicely into my budget. He shopped many brands for me after I gave him my wish list of options and capability and he emailed me several, including Dell, HP, and others. This one hit them all and the price was right. I could get these same options from competitors for a lot more money. I am extremely happy with this laptop and would recommend it for anyone. Great screen resolution, super out of the box start up, and fast processing. Dolby speakers were a plus and the flip, tablet, tent options were a plus as well (those were features not on my list of desirable options, so bonus!). Love the size, backlit keyboard, touchscreen.
