Best buy says this laptop has mother board issue and this is lenova known issue. Suggested instead if repairing purchase a new laptop.

Today the power supply failed after maybe a half dozen uses. Called for support and was told that I could not get the power supply replaced, that I would have to purchase a new one or return the laptop for a new one. Even spoke to a manager who confirmed that. So to get my new laptop with all the setup I've done working again under warranty, I will have to return it and get a new one. Guess who is not satisfied?!
