I just wanted to replace my desktop with a reliable laptop. This was so user friendly from the moment I opened the box. I did have a little trouble pairing it with my old printer, but now it works seamlessly. I also purchased the Geek protection, because at the age of 75, I know I will need help with something someday. I particularly love the lighted keyboard!
