This laptop can run slightly slow at times even while running basic tasks like Office apps or internet browsing. However, these hiccups are usually brief, and outside of them the Yoga 7i laptop works without complaint. The screen is bright and high quality. The touchpad is noticeably more precise than I've seen in other laptops. Microphone array and webcam are average for a laptop, which is to say mediocre. Overall, though, this is a good budget laptop that will handle most light work and leisure without issue.

I have come to regret buying this laptop. Yes, it has 16" screen and a backlit keyboard. The sound is good. BUT, the power button is located on the right edge, exactly where you would grasp it to move or adjust position. When you do, you more often than not turn the power off. Who came up with that dumb design? It's a laptop for goodness sake; it gets moved about! Don't much use the touch-screen, but it does seem more responsive than the curser. The backlit keyboard was the biggest selling point extra for me.

Very nice quality laptop but found an upgraded Lenovo for same price $499 on early black Friday total tech member deal with additional 4GB of Ram total 8GB. The only reason I returned this one and upgraded. This one is heavier than the new one with additionalRam, fyi

I haven't had my computer for very long, but so far, so good! I love the versatility of the screen's flipabiity. The only thing I *hate* is Microsoft's relentless pushing of Edge and their other products (but that's to be expected these days, despite how gross it is).

This is my first purchase of a Lenovo product. I have always used those other brands, but this is hands down the best laptop I have ever had!

Great touch screen and good for maybe 2 years but the college students that are rough on their computers might have issues after a while

Computer had a SCAM program that locked up the computer. The lad-top was taken to the GEEK shop to correct. Your operator corrected the problem in about 2 minutes. A phone call could have done the same and saved me a trip. Luckly, I am only a few miles away. Thanks anyway!!

Reasonably well built, and is worth the price if it is on sale, but I wouldn't pay full price for it.

The associate who helped me with this purchase was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. I came in to get a different computer, but I ended up buying a this one, which was better and cost less. I am very satisfied.

I bought this laptop since I already have a Lenovo all in one computer and they stand behind their product. I also need one with a lot of memory. I also had to purchase a new laptop as quickly as possible and Best Buy had the model that met my needs.
