Computer had a SCAM program that locked up the computer. The lad-top was taken to the GEEK shop to correct. Your operator corrected the problem in about 2 minutes. A phone call could have done the same and saved me a trip. Luckly, I am only a few miles away. Thanks anyway!!

I bought this laptop since I already have a Lenovo all in one computer and they stand behind their product. I also need one with a lot of memory. I also had to purchase a new laptop as quickly as possible and Best Buy had the model that met my needs.

I was pleased with how quick the checkout process was and how easy I was able to find accessories that were compatible with my laptop. I definetly recommend best buy and will be purchasing more of my electronics from them.

Very versitile laptop. Bought it for my wife. She loves the fact that she can turn it into a tablet to read a book but still have the flexibility to use for work or any other "normal" computer uses

I owned a Lenovo Yoga before this one and loved it. I am not a gamer and i don't stream movies on my laptop, but for all i do it is perfect. Plus you have the 3 different modes. Laptop, Tent and tablet too.

nice computer battery does not last me more than 6hours just sitting on stand unplugged battery drains. 4 s fast start up, smooth typing, keyboard two brightness level is nice. a bit big for tablet mode. but all in all a great computer at an affordable price. cant go wrong with this pc. but because of battery I had to take one star off!!!!

I love it. It’s exactly what I wanted from a laptop at this caliber. Also super happy with the advanced security options like fingerprint reader, Face ID, and multiple Passcode options.

I love this computer. It was more than I had initially planned on spending but a lot less than others. I love that it is heavy duty and not as flimsy as the previous one I owned.
