It’s a darn good laptop. I would buy it again and I recommend it for general use. Popups annoy me, but I don’t blame the machine for that. Getting some of my old apps to work gets to be a challenge.

I love this computer. It was more than I had initially planned on spending but a lot less than others. I love that it is heavy duty and not as flimsy as the previous one I owned.

Had to replace my HP 2 in 1 and this happened to be on sale at the time. Awesome laptop at a great price. Fast loading and plenty of ports and slots. Love the aluminum case. Highly recommend.

Always been a Dell dude, but this Lenovo is top shelf. Purchased for our company and the end users love it. Quick startup with no issues. Would definitely recommend to others.

best laptop ive ever had. And that after 4 other laptops in my life for the money (and it was on sale) i couldnt do better has a quirky thing i have not figured out yet in that the cursor tends to jump out of place while typing for no apparent reason might be something im doing

Perfect 2-in-1! It does everything I need it to do in preparing presentations, drafting papers, and so on. I also love flipping it down to tablet mode when conducting business.

Shopped for a laptop for almost a year before I found all of the features that I wanted. This is it! Love it, although going from Window 8.1 to 11 is a challenge.

Excellent computer. It’s light weight which I appreciate. It’s easy to use right out of the Box. The video quality is really good. Suits my needs just fine.

I love the color, the conveniency of it I love swing to read my book at the spelling it back, and I will recommend this bye to all of my kids 

I do like how it comes on when opened, and finger Touch ID to access. Keyboard is a bit smaller and more sensitive than used to. Will take time to learn features.

This is my first laptop that I have bought ever. I mostly decided on this because of returning back to school. I do like how simple it is but yet it does a lot.

Battery dies quickly. Sound quality isn’t loud. It is for school and it serves the purpose just for that. Very pleased.

I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy, and I must admit that my initial excitement quickly turned into frustration. While I had high hopes for my new laptop, the Windows 11 update process left me deeply disappointed, and I'm giving it a one-star rating due to this experience. The laptop itself seemed promising, with decent specifications and a sleek design. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when I attempted to update to Windows 11. During the update process, I encountered a video driver loop that prevented me from loading any drivers properly. I tried everything I could think of, from restarting the laptop to booting into Safe Mode and attempting to roll back the video driver. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. It was incredibly frustrating to be stuck in this loop, unable to use the laptop for its intended purpose. I also attempted to update the video driver manually and ensured that Windows 11 was fully updated, but the problem persisted. This experience was not only time-consuming but also very disappointing, especially for a laptop that I had just purchased. In the end, I had no choice but to return the laptop to Best Buy and request a refund due to the unresolved technical issues. While I appreciate their willingness to facilitate the return process, it's disappointing that I had to go through this hassle in the first place. This entire experience has left me questioning the reliability and compatibility of this laptop with the latest operating system. I had high hopes for a smooth and trouble-free experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Given the significant inconvenience I faced and the need to return the laptop for a refund, I cannot recommend this laptop to others. It's essential to be aware of potential issues like this before making a purchase decision.
