The windows software and all accompanying software kind of takes over if you let it and not in a good way. This laptop is starting to fail me, the track pad is dying, but the touch pad works, so I just use that and my mouse. Also due to a user error, the lighting behind the keyboard is now very dim, which is a pain for me.
