i'm a Lenova fan for several decades. This is my 3rd laptop in the last 15yrs. Lenova laptops come with long life and very reliable. Only once it had a problem after 5 yrs then had to changed next 2 times I passed it on to other family memebers since I need a upgrade

It works great. I bought it refurbished and have not had any issues.

I purchased this laptop Lenovo Yoga 7i as a personal laptop in Dec 2020. I barely use it (still looks new). In Jan 2021 the network adapter couldn't be detected and i brought it bavk to bestbuy. The geek squad rep reset it and it was back working in 5 min. Seven months later the same error displayed and i couldn't log onto wifi. Brought it back to the same store (different rep) could not figure out what was the issue. After about 45 min. He suggested i leave the laptop there to be serviced. I opted to take it to a local cpu/phone repair instead. They recommended to install an external network adapter and this allowed me to connect to rhe wifi and use my laptop. I usually use this laptop maybe 1-3 times a week being that i use a seperate laptop for work so the mileage (use) has been very low but this connectivity issue continues to display every so often and is really frustrating to the point i will go months without using a product i paid abou $750 for. I thought it was a deal at the time but given all of the connectivity issues i give it 2 stars. Whats a computer if i cannot connect to the wifi? Maybe a simple issue or maybe a defective unit. Either way its terrible customer service (ive been to bestbuy 4 times and only one fix) ive also been to outside repair shop twice with 2 fixes but they weren't really a gardware fix more like software update and/or reboots. Too m7ch trouble for the money and not enough warranty support. By the way i still have the laptop and it still looks brand new but the functionality is trash!

Great Computer would definately recommend to anyone looking for a budget option.

I've noticed little Audio glitches while watching YouTube videos. Might the videos or computer issues.

A great laptop that does exactly what is advertised, The 2-1 feature is a great thing to have!

I've had this laptop for 2 years and it was working well, however yesterday the hinge broke off randomly from one of the sides when opening the laptop. If you google this, you will see that thousands of people have had the same issue and Lenovo is not offering to repair this manufacturing issue. Also, the battery life is not good... I would stay away from this laptop!

Cursor and keyboard started going back right after warranty ended. All updates and drivers have been installed and that didn’t help. My other lenovo laptop I got a few years back had the touch screen go bad after a year as well so long story short don’t buy this brand.
