    I typically purchase Surface products but couldn't pass this up on sale for $599. Everything about this Yoga feels as premium as Surface Laptops, if not more, with better the same/better specs at a lower price.

    Only have had the laptop a few months. Recently in the past month or two it has started slowing down a lot. I really only do simple web browsing with google chrome, and some conference calls with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. However, even with these simple tasks, the cpu utilization often goes above 70%, and the memory usage often goes above 80%. This is a machine with 16gb ram. I even put it on lenovo's high performance setting, but it's still slow. Sometimes youtube videos will not render, and often conference calls drop/ get stuck. Also, the display is not that great outdoors; even turned on at full brightness it's not good compared to smartphones/ other monitors/ laptops.

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
