The fact it folds backward is great, although it took a hot minute to get used to. My only drawback is the fact the power button can be easily pushed when flipping it. I wish it had more resistance. I am putting a sticker on it so I don't hit it.

it's good but I wish it had some improvements

I looked up online that the gflops score was somewhat below 4000. 4000 was the score of the series s, so I was expecting similar results. The laptop feels nice. The display is nicer than budget laptop screens but I wish I got an OLED instead. The display also shows when you press on the edges of the screen too hard, it could be better as if a tablet or phone screen. Something sturdier at the bezels and a stronger glass.

Laptop gets an “A” - Software not even close

Too bad I can’t figure out how to use it. Win11 is very different from win 10. Microsoft 365 is also very difficult if you were brought up on Microsoft Office. Things shouldn’t be so different, but they are. The laptop came with tons of things I know nothing about. I’m really struggling. The tech had trouble loading Outlook for my email, so I have to use something else (xfinity) which I’ve never used before. I’m not a happy camper yet, but I’m spending 2 hrs/day “playing with it” as he told me to do. I’m using online help, YouTube videos, various forums & Q&A’s to try to learn. I bought the Total Help pkg, but haven’t called them yet. That may be my next step.
