The only complaint I have has to do with connecting with Bluetooth speakers. It gets really choppy and cuts out. I haven’t been able to successfully troubleshoot the issue yet, but it’s possible that the issue is related to Windows 11 and not the machine. Everything else is working great and meets my needs.

Regarding the comment on Bluetooth connection, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and apply all available updates.

You can get around with the heating issue by using a laptop stand. Can't complain for the money I have paid. Worth every penny.

I wish I would have tried this sooner on earlier purchases. We could have taken a nice vacation on what we could have saved. Thank you Best Buy!
