Product has been excellent. I don't use it for anything heavy at the moment but I'm excited to explore the creative options with the pen. The ease of ordering online and picking it up was seamless.

It’s a good laptop, runs well, and I like the two in one feature. I know some people think 2 in 1 laptops are trash, but it helped me save money instead of buying an iPad plus a computer.

Everything was and is perfect. If I had a suggestion, it would be to remind old people that electronics don’t come with wall plug-ins anymore. And then offer a solution for that: but right around the corner we have just what you’ll need….

Great laptop. Speed, storage and battery capacity and great size.

I bought this laptop as a gift for my wife when it was on sale, well ahead of her birthday. Unfortunately, when she tried using it for the first time, the touchscreen wasn’t working. All the settings were correct, so we took it to Best Buy, where a technician discovered a small crack in the corner of the screen. However, by that point, it was one week outside their return policy, and we’d have to pay hundreds of dollars for a screen replacement. Lenovo also refused to help, claiming it was “damaged.” The laptop arrived like this out of the box, but no one would believe us, so now we’re stuck with a product that doesn’t work as it should. While this brand of laptop may work great for others, I can’t recommend Lenovo due to their lack of customer support. Note to self, never buy anything electronic too far in advance of using it. Lesson learned..

I'm very happy with my purchase. Fast and efficiant. I am a little worried about the Yoga models.... I heard about the hinge issues, are the models, ok? I would defiantly recommend.

Good speed with the processor. This unit has a larger screen. which is nice as well as its clarity.

Bought the newest model for my younger daughter for graduation. Bought the same Yoga model two years ago for the older sister’s graduation. Great value when I got it on sale!

I purchased the Lenovo Yoga 7i for my daughter to use for college on March 20, 2025 from Best Buy. We thought the 2K touchscreen and 2-in-1 design would be perfect for her studies. In February 2026, several keys on the keyboard stopped working. Since it was still under the manufacturer's warranty, we brought it back to Best Buy, and the Geek Squad team sent it back to Lenovo on February 7, 2026. The laptop was returned to us on February 13, 2026, supposedly repaired. It is now March 5, 2026—less than three weeks later—and the exact same keys have failed again. To make matters worse, since we are now just past the 11-month mark from the original purchase, the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty is about to expire. Lenovo clearly did not fix the root cause of the issue, and now we are going to be stuck with a faulty laptop that needs constant repairs. My daughter cannot rely on this for her college work. I appreciate that Best Buy and Geek Squad facilitated the shipping, but the problem is fundamentally with Lenovo's poor build quality and inability to perform a permanent fix. Save your money and buy something more reliable.

I bought this for my daughter in college, she said it works perfectly for all her classes and to watch videos on YouTube and other movie apps.

Bought for gaming. Graphics are great! It loads the sims 4 with all expansion packs no problems. Gaming is smooth. Haven’t really used it as a tablet but does have the functionality of one.

Great touchscreen laptop. Track lad is a little too touchy.

Nice laptop. I’ve always liked Lenovo (IBM), good quality continues. Has an Intel chip, which is my preference, most are made in the US! Lightweight too!
