Sad about touchscreen

It had the touchscreen and foldable that I very much enjoyed. Then the touch screen stopped working 2 weeks after it was bought. It’s now been on and off again ever since and I’m pretty disappointed, but at least I can still use the mouse while it’s folded. Then I learned it was a design issue, don’t think I’ll buy this brand again lol.

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be required, in which we then recommend working with Lenovo Support for assistance.

Not the best laptop I have owned

The laptop this replaced was lighter for the same size and had longer battery life. Moreover, Lenovo wants to charge me a subscription for a program that keeps this laptop performing its best. Windows updates take much longer to install than my previous laptop. Having said that, it does everything you want a laptop to do.

If you keep your device safe and up to date, this should suffice for most. Also, with Windows software expansion, software updates may take longer, partially due to being more systematic to ensure safe update application.
