Unfortunately, when she tried using it for the first time, the touchscreen wasn’t working. All the settings were correct, so we took it to Best Buy, where a technician discovered a small crack in the corner of the screen. However, by that point, it was one week outside their return policy, and we’d have to pay hundreds of dollars for a screen replacement. Lenovo also refused to help, claiming it was “damaged.” The laptop arrived like this out of the box, but no one would believe us, so now we’re stuck with a product that doesn’t work as it should. While this brand of laptop may work great for others, I can’t recommend Lenovo due to their lack of customer support. Note to self, never buy anything electronic too far in advance of using it. Lesson learned..

Regarding the device hanging, if this isn't for web-based tasks, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

I’m very impressed with the specs and its sleek hardware design. Also I was able to purchase with a new Best Buy credit card which was only a soft inquiry so no affect on my credit score!

Excellent condition was correct, not a mark on it. Works great. Much more computer than I will ever need. Won"t get obsolete very soon. The 2 in 1 is handy as a tablet to use to read books.
