Decent laptop for a decent price

I use this for my personal study and so far the experience has been great. It has a good webcam, good screen resolution and amazing processing speed. I do some Py programming with decent sized data sets, and this laptop handles them well. The audio output is pretty good as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent condition was correct, not a mark on it. Works great. Much more computer than I will ever need. Won"t get obsolete very soon. The 2 in 1 is handy as a tablet to use to read books.

We thought the 2K touchscreen and 2-in-1 design would be perfect for her studies. In February 2026, several keys on the keyboard stopped working. Since it was still under the manufacturer's warranty, we brought it back to Best Buy, and the Geek Squad team sent it back to Lenovo on February 7, 2026. The laptop was returned to us on February 13, 2026, supposedly repaired. It is now March 5, 2026—less than three weeks later—and the exact same keys have failed again. To make matters worse, since we are now just past the 11-month mark from the original purchase, the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty is about to expire. Lenovo clearly did not fix the root cause of the issue, and now we are going to be stuck with a faulty laptop that needs constant repairs. My daughter cannot rely on this for her college work. I appreciate that Best Buy and Geek Squad facilitated the shipping, but the problem is fundamentally with Lenovo's poor build quality and inability to perform a permanent fix. Save your money and buy something more reliable.

Regarding the device hanging, if this isn't for web-based tasks, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
