Not at all good

Very poor battery performance. I have another Lenovo Chromebook and same issues. I surely lost trust in Lenovo products.

Lenovo Yoga is not a "flexible" device.

I have to restart my computer several times a day as various programs crash repeatedly despite uninstalling/reinstalling programs. Every online forum indicates the Lenovo Yoga is having a wide arrange of issues. I took my product to Best Buy and I was given a post it note on how to factory reset the laptop by myself. Unhelpful. Would not recommend this laptop.

Posted .Hey TFD1, we're sorry to hear that you ran into trouble with your Yoga. To help resolve this issue, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting.

Defective for us

It was sent to service 3 times before they said it was not fixable. Took 3 months for this to resolve. Also during the first year of time, the power button got stuck and would not work. Other than this, it worked great for 7 of the 11 months.

Do better Best Buy

The charger quit working. Best buy would not honor the purchase or make this right. Our only option is to pay $160 for extended warranty to get a new charger. No thank you. We’ll just buy a universal charger for $20 and not from Best Buy. Closing out my account with them for sure. Even Target has a 90 day warranty on everything they sell.

Not Buying a Laptop from Best Buy or Lenovo Again

The track pad is not calibrated and some of the function buttons do not always work as they are supposed to (for example, the brightness up button would turn the brightness down). This started only a few weeks after I purchased the laptop. When I visited Best Buy they refused to help me despite selling me a clearly defective laptop. They told me that I had to contact Lenovo. When I did that Lenovo refused to help and said I had to go through Best Buy. Basically, I am out $1,000 with a laptop that does not function as it is supposed to despite being brand new and two companies who refuse to help.

Just because it is new doesn't mean it works.

We purchased this lenovo laptop along with dual monitors, etc so we could use it for business. Geek squad set everything up however we had issues with random windows opening up. After going back to geek squad 4 or 5 times to address this issue we were told that they didn't know what was wrong with it. So now we have a lot of money wrapped up in laptop, monitors, etc that do not work. We had so many problems that we were never able to use the laptop other than trying to fix it.

I will never buy another Lenovo Laptop again.

Lenovo however I had nothing but issues after a few weeks. And reinstalling Windows 11 is a real pain. What takes 30 minutes to an hour on a MacBook takes me about 3 hours on Lenovo laptops with a ridiculous amount of bloatware.

Worst Laptop I Have Ever Had

It locks up almost everyday, especially when I'm in the middle of something and can't retrieve it. It is the worst investment I have ever made!
