    While fast, it is insanely glitchy. I'm a student, and it did well with my school work (while it was working), but this is not a computer that can load 10 tabs and 3 applications at once. Microphone stopped working, keyboard stopped working as well. Would not recommend, I'm disappointed.Honestly, super sad about this. I needed a reliable computer for school and I thought this would be it. Now, I have to save to buy another.

    Pretty good laptop I didn't need the two in one I ended up trading mine for a zenbook and I've been much happier

    Terrible customer service. Returned a dud laptop today after buying it last night. They did not have a replacement available in store. I inquired regarding purchasing an upgraded model in lieu with some discount (given my trouble of driving over twice and also not being able to use the dud laptop bought the day before). The branch manager Zach outright refused. Given the number of items I buy from best buy annually this is rather disappointing. When I told Zach I will take my business elsewhere off course moving forward, his reply was "we will be okay", not the response any customer would expect. In the past my experience at many other best buy locations have been very positive and this was completely out of character compared to those. Off course if my business is not valued I see no point in continuing to purchase from best buy moving forward.

    Computer worked fine for 18 months and then Best Buy declined the warranty even though it should have been good for another 6 months.

    bought the best buy plus membership to get the price match option, went the first time and was told their computer wasn't working right so i'd have to come back. I went back and the sale was expired. Went again on cyber monday and was told I missed the price match period by 1 day. Missed out on $600 in savings due to their error and a technicality. This is not the customer friendly best buy I used to do business with.

    Horrible. We’ve only had this computer for a month 1/2 with light use. The charger quit working. Best buy would not honor the purchase or make this right. Our only option is to pay $160 for extended warranty to get a new charger. No thank you. We’ll just buy a universal charger for $20 and not from Best Buy. Closing out my account with them for sure. Even Target has a 90 day warranty on everything they sell.

    Lenovo Yoga is not a "flexible" device.

    This laptop has been nothing but issues since I took it out of the box. I have to restart my computer several times a day as various programs crash repeatedly despite uninstalling/reinstalling programs. Every online forum indicates the Lenovo Yoga is having a wide arrange of issues. I took my product to Best Buy and I was given a post it note on how to factory reset the laptop by myself. Unhelpful. Would not recommend this laptop.

      Hey TFD1, we're sorry to hear that you ran into trouble with your Yoga. To help resolve this issue, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting. Lenovo

    After few months of usage, I can confidently say this laptop does not stay true to Lenovo promise. Very poor battery performance. I have another Lenovo Chromebook and same issues. I surely lost trust in Lenovo products.

    Had to return due to service department not able to fix a speaker issue. It was sent to service 3 times before they said it was not fixable. Took 3 months for this to resolve. Also during the first year of time, the power button got stuck and would not work. Other than this, it worked great for 7 of the 11 months.
