Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a bad experience, because the laptop had a technical problem and I had to return it and I had to pay transportation to take it to the store and then pay transportation to get a new one back a week later because they didn't have at the store, I received an email the I had to pick it up saying that it was ready, when I went to the store to pick up the new laptop the store was closed for electricity problems and I never received an information telling me the situation so I lost some money because I had to pay transportation again the next day, I felt that the store should have compensate me for not telling me not to go and waste my time and money. I was staying in Mount Jackson when I bought the laptop.

I have used Dell Latitude laptops exclusively. I like the Lenovo so far. It does not have all the bells and whistles of a business laptop but it definitely is a good personal laptop.

My only complaint is that it does not have a number keypad, as I crunch numbers all day. I had to purchase wireless number keypad to accompany the unit. Other than that, I am very pleased with the purchase.

Great machine, fast crystal clear screen plenty of power for the money. Much faster and larger memory, storage from the one i bought two years ago, which still runs great.

She seems to really like it, because she's covered it in stickers.

very nice laptop

It has more than enough power for him and is very stylish. I love how the keyboard is slighty tilted towards you and the nice speakers on the side that provide good quality audio. All in all, an excellent buy!!

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with Windows 10 on your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-14. Windows 10 should not freeze. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
