I got is on a big sale. It did everything great. Size, picture, sound, quickness and connectivity was great. My gf knocked a drink over on it about a month in and the sale was off. I did replace it with a very comparable HP. The color grew on me and was very disappointed when it got damaged. I would definitely recommend it.

It has surpassed our expectations. Also, we had purchased the laptop and 3 days later it went on sale for $150.00 off. He had found this new price online on his Laptop. We went up to Best Buy and they honored this new price and refunded my account with the difference plus tax. I highly recommend this laptop as well as Best Buy. Diane

Dont BUY!

Recently purchased an open box in excellent condition, got it home and began setting it up and tried to transfer some files from a passport external hdd and the computer USB port FRIED my passport and still unable to retrieve the data. Tried to use the same USB port for my mouse and it wouldn't work. Also, the computer would recurrently shut random programs down. Two days later took it back to exchanged it for a brand new same model. USB ports worked, however, this laptop continued to freeze and i had to shut down and restart continually. Took it back to found another laptop. Dont waste your time on Lenovo laptops, they are JUNK!

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-15 model number 82BJ0003US. Since the issues you describe happened with two separate computers, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Great Computer/low battery oife

The only thing that remains an issue with the yoga is battery life. You can get 4=5 hours max without a plug. That's fairly unreasonable.
