Only had this laptop a month and things started going wrong with it. The USB ports stopped working, the power button cracked and fell off, Lenovo customer service is non existent and you can't buy accessories for it. Will never buy Lenovo again!

New be with Lenovo

It would be easer if with it a Lenovo manual. Having to play with the FN keys do and finding the hidden FN + xx keys can create problems. Screen looks great and speed better then my old laptop. Can not judge batter life since so fare I used plugged for power.

New Lenovo & Office

It took a few days to arrive. I had my old computer down loaded (wish I had kept it) the new one has spent more time at BB than my home. Its like a Chinese water torcher, drip drip drip. Today I picked it up and was told that Outlook had to load. Its been on line for 6 hours and it has loaded but the computer wont send and occasionally when it does nothing shows in the sent file. We had this problem two weeks ago! I tried to do all of the right things but I keep getting the computer back not fully operational. Tomorrow I will take it back, my eight trip to the store. I am beyond angry. I am trying to run a consulting practice with an iPad & iPhone. Maybe we need a new set of eyes! Its like picking up a new car at the dealer but it wont run! I don't want the points, I want something that works!!!!!

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i 15, model number 82BJ0003US. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. Here is a link to instructions for uninstalling McAfee from a Windows computer: https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care for additional help with your issues at: 888-278-9707.

Great Laptop at an Awesome price

The Evo specs really seem to make a big difference and I've had no issues at all with this laptop. It runs Stream games great (but I wouldn't call it a gaming machine) and all the Office apps run super fast. I'm not sure why this was "open box" but I'm super happy I found it. Deal of the year for sure.

It allows us to log into the computer with just a thumb print. No password needed. The speed online is pretty good as well. It’s touch screen, which I haven’t used often because I’m not used to it. Lol. It folds all the way back to be able to use like a tablet too, this was a great buy for us!
