They wiped out everything on the one I was exchanging, and helped with my new laptop. They knew what they were doing, and were very patient. This is great store, and fantastic staff. Best laptop I’ve owned

The RAM is handling everything very well, with an occasional "not responding," but they are few. My only complaint is that because I take a lot of photos, the 512GB SSD limits me a bit. But all in all, this was an excellent purchase.

This is clearly a design defect; do a Google search and you will find many other owners who have experienced the same or similar breakage on this or similar laptop model with 360 degree hinge .

Computers sure have improved since the last time I bought 3 years ago. Couldn't believe how fast all the updates occurred. Screen nice and bright (this model has the 500 nits screen as apposed to the typical 300 nits screen). Keyboard is tight and high quality.

He was able to offer a lot of guidance and advice. He was able to answer all questions I asked very well and and offered wonderful advice for me. I am very pleased with my computer purchase. Best laptop i have ever owned

The core i7 processor is lightening fast, especially for a non-gamer user like myself. It starts up quickly and runs all my various programs at peak performance (browser, Adobe Photoshop, Zoom, and Libre Office).

Happy With Our Yoga 7i Purchase

The Best Buy associate was helpful when purchasing it and answering questions. Not the fault of the laptop, but it required nearly 3 hours of Windows10 updates before we could install any apps from the Microsoft store.

Though I have not personally used it, she says she is so happy with what it offers, and how it performs...meeting her every need. Is there anything better than a happy daughter?

Wonderful new laptop
