Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-15 model number 82BJ0003US. This model ships with the Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System and should not freeze. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Not a good buy for me
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always buy HP laptop. But for a try I wanted to have a LENOVO. And this item turned out to be a disappointment. I compared it to my HP vs this laptop, ex when you touch a thing it doesn’t respond but on hp it does. It’s just if I can return this item then I will.

This computer is sharp! Painfully sharp...
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything is great except one single aspect that literally ruins this computer for me. The front edge is angled so sharply that it literally hurts to use. I bought this for work and didn't get to using it often until recently. Of course I'm now outside the return window. I work on this computer now, and I need to take frequent breaks because the edge digs into my palms and wrists. I wish this wasn't the case as everything else is really nice. Sad to say I hate the computer because of this design feature. Should have looked more carefully. Lenovo, please reach out if you're willing to buy this thing back. =] I don't want it.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went through 2 of these in one month. First one had issues from day one. Thought it needed some driver updates or something but after hours of trouble shooting on my own then a few more hours with tech support, we opted to exchange it. Second one was ok for 3 weeks then one day it froze up. Tried restarting numerous times but would freeze up within seconds of turning on. Geek squad tried to recover data but said it was a total loss and said it was a problem with the processor.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-15, model number 82BJ0003US. Since this computer was working normally before the issue occurred, try resetting the computer back to original factory settings. Since you can not boot the computer normally, this system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the top right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Used once. Won't power up.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate to be pessimistic, but we had a rollercoaster terrible experience with this laptop. Picked it up on Friday and powered it up. Ran great while we set it up and played around on Friday night. Saturday we went to power it up and it would not turn on. We Tried both ports, different outlets in our home. Nothing. Sunday I went to exchange it but it was out of stock. I am assuming we just got a dud, but I honestly can't say. The machine looks cool and had a nice feel to it, but after 1 day the battery crapped out. I started to research online "fixes" but stopped. I should not have to do that for a brand new computer.

Nice but defective
||Posted . ||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was on the fence of going back to a PC or buying a new MacBook Pro. I went with the Yoga and about two weeks after owning it, the laptop decided it was done powering on. I was able to take it back to Best Buy, who was great and let me exchange for a MacBook Pro.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had an issue powering on your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-15, model number 82BJ0003US. First, be sure you are using the correct Thunderbolt 4.0 Port to charge the computer. There are two Thunderbolt 4.0 Ports on the left side of the computer, but only one can charge the computer's battery, the one with both the Thunderbolt Icon as well as an electrical plug icon. This is the only port that can charge the computer. Try plugging the AC adapter/Charger into this port. Then let the computer charge for 15 minutes. With the computer still plugged in, power up the computer, it should boot normally. Continue to let charge to a full 100-Percent battery charge. If the issue continues after plugging the device into the proper charging port, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.USB C charging port doesn't work, neither does the other USB C port. Posted .Hello, We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the USB-C on your Lenovo Yoga 7i laptop model # 82BJ0003US. Please ensure that the charger is plugged in to the AC outlet, the connecting to the charging brick itself is nice and snug, and that the charger is fully seated into the USB C port of the laptop. Next try plugging in the adapter to other outlets, If your issue remains please ensure you are running the latest system software and device drivers/BIOS from Lenovo. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Displeased
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer since the beginning has given me nothing but issues. The mouse freezes often. In order to fix it, i have to do a hard shut down. The computer frequently will not wake up out of sleep mode despite changing setting and updating drivers. It has been increasingly getting worse. Today it will not even turn on. My research paper is due at midnight. Luckily i have one drive but this computer is the only one i have to edit my paper on. I would not recommend this computer.

Twice Defective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.God, we loved this computer - for about two weeks. Then the WiFi card went out on the first one. Took it back ... Within 24 hours, the replacement unit was not powering up. So as good as the computer is when it’s functional, we went through two of them in a month and they were BOTH defective!

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it for less than 2 months and it's stopped turning on. Roll your cursor over the Battery Indicator Icon at the bottom right side of your Windows 10 Desktop Screen. Stopped working day after I got it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not impressed. I got the computer yesterday and spent hours today setting it up and downloading programs. It worked for about 4 hours and then just stopped responding. I can't get past the welcome screen and I can't even shut it down because its unresponsive to any input. I've already tried turning it off and on and that does nothing. I'm returning it tomorrow. I was told this was a great brand but I'm not sure if I'll give it another chance.
