Had a little bit of trouble with it after a few days of having it, it suddenly started to run insanely slow to the point where it became almost useless. Turns out it was a program that took up too much space and made it run slow. After the program was deleted it worked perfectly again. The speed and the screen is great for me. I have had no other issues besides the minor program issue. I mainly use it for my online zoom classes and have had no issues with it in those regards, so if you are thinking about using it for school I would highly recommend it.

A Really Good Laptop

It took me awhile to get use to this computer and Microsoft 360. I am still learning. There many different features. My last laptop was from 2011. I love the 2-in-1 design and the touch screen. It has really good graphics. The only thing I am not happy with is the battery life. I know the time varies depending on what is running on the laptop. But the longest time I have gotten on the battery was about 9 hours not 16 hours as stated on the website. I still like this laptop.

Hello. If you are getting substantially less battery life than advertised, please adjust your screen brightness settings. A setting of 100% brightness will drain your battery much faster than a lower setting. We recommend setting the screen brightness to some value below 100% that is still comfortable for you to view. Next be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686

Great replacement for a slow and glitchy Dell lapt

I’ve always been a Mac user and thought I hated Windows. Turns out I hated my dell laptop. This is quick to turn on, very responsive, fast and feels sturdy. A good value.I like the touch screen and that I can flip the screen and use it like a big tablet. Turned on its side it fits full pages of sheet music very nicely. I’m happy with the purchase!

Used For Work and School: Love It

I love that it can be a tablet or a laptop, and the screen settings for each mode do not change without your permission. The screen clarity is great compared to many laptops that have a film screen versus a glass screen, which I am sure most people can agree. I also love that you can change the settings of how sensitive the screen is to touch because when I use a stylus I tend to accidentally put my palm on the screen and the seldom reacts to that. The only thing that bothers me about the laptop is that you can see your finger prints on the finish, but I am also a perfectionist so that is just my own peeve. The keys do light up when the laptop is in use, which is super helpful when I am in an area with dim lights or outside at night. The keys are not loud when typing, but of course if you have heavier hands or tend to bare down harder then the keys are loud. As far as the actual function of the computer goes, I have not ran into any problems regarding speed or storage space, which is something that I was looking for in particular in this purchase. I run multiple statistics programs for my job that require program licensing so they tend to be fairly large programs and I also have to run google at the same time, so I needed something that could handle that much action at one time as well as store a large amount of data. The laptop durability seems to be pretty good, as in the screen and base are not flimsy and do not get scratched by my watches easily.
