This computer has been great for my daughter for college

I absolutely love this laptop. It runs very smoothly and the graphics are great for my purposes, which includes mostly undergraduate coursework. I love the built in CoPilot feature, I use it all of the time. It’s lightweight, has a fingerprint sensor, has a camera cover. Flips into a tablet. The only negative part about it is the battery life could definitely use some improvement. If they made the battery last a bit longer, I’d give it five stars for sure.

Amazingly versatile laptop worth every single penny!

The lady who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable, she showed us all the computers and advised us on what to buy based on our needs. She then made an appointment for us with the Geeks in order to transfer information from the old computer to the new.

The purchase through the Best Buy website was fast and the curbside pickup was very helpful. This is Lenovo Yoga laptop replaces my 7 year old Lenovo Yoga. The Lenovo Yoga brand has proved to be very reliable and I would highly recommend them.

My laptop got a dark area on the screen. Geek squad couldn’t fix in house, so I bought a display model. It was a great price, and had what I needed.

Great computer even though it seems to have a virus on it of which I will be going back to the store to see if it can be removed. The virus protection catches it but then a block keeps appearing with the name of the virus.

Very durable and easy to use. We use it everyday for our business. We have 2 right now. We are about to purchase another one.

I use my PC for work as well as personal so the laptop is used at least ten hours a day. I purchased this one since it is a yoga and has stronger hinges. Picture is great and meets my expectations. Would buy again.

Great laptop that my daughter uses both for school and to play games. While you aren't going to play AAA titles on this PC, at this price point it was hard to resist

This Lenovo Yoga has been nothing but trouble since I bought it. Yes it has a good battery life and it likes to be used as a touch screen. Everything else is lousy. Two of the keyboard keys have been 'off' and thud since it was new out of the box (#3 and #2 - the 3 looks like it was even installed a bit crooked!) They like to stick as well and make you type rather s l o w l y or they act up on you. The touch pad likes to do what it wants... sometimes it agrees with me. Other times it just wants to do it's own thing and laughs at me as it scrolls on and on or sticks or refuses to accept it even has a left click side. I use a mouse because no one has time or patience to deal with a touch pad with an ego and attitude. I have to replug in the external hard drive after every use because it has decided to 'freeze up' every time I want to use it. Spin forever but won't recognize until I unplug and plug in again. (Yes, it works fine on other laptops - including my old dinosaur HP from years ago which still outperforms this piece of crap Yoga). I can't click too quickly to do things because the YOGA needs a good 2-5 seconds between clicks to catch up to how fast my fingers and brain move. I think it would prefer I was a 1 finger typist. I've even reinstalled Windows already trying to see if THAT would help it - but no. I've owned one (1) other Lenovo a few years ago and it was horrible too. Slow, sluggish and freezes. I decided to give them a chance this time - but I'm sorry I did. HUGE regrets. From the keys to the pad the freezing up, spinning dials, sluggish, etc. it's just pathetic compared to my excellent experiences with HP's. I need to go back to HP and never try Lenovo again. I've learned.

Awesome product great for school homework and work

Bought this last November and had delayed screen for a while. Thinking it was normal because the screen will come back after pressing space or window key. I don't use this laptop as my daily driver and when I tried to use it in July the screen didn't come back as in the past. Tried to reset in different ways to no avail. Lucky it was still under warranty and Lenovo sent a tech to my place and replaced the screen. It appears some quality control with this model. Hope you have better luck.

Ok but the power cord is too small and flimsy need improvement

Excellent machine! Truly seamless transition from older laptop to this new Lenovo. THE ONLY thing Lenovo - PLEASE make a larger than 16" screen, ALSO PLEASE keep the keypad. PLEASE & THANK YOU. My Lenovo purchase has the 16" Screen and the Number Keypad to the right.
