Lenovo laptop comes with very good configuration that servers my purpose. I got it for almost 50% discount in bestbuy which I never saw any other portal or store.

Touch pad stopped working

It worked fine for the first few months, but the touchpad suddenly stopped working last week. I’ve tried restarting, updating drivers, and checking all Windows settings, but nothing fixed it. The laptop runs smoothly otherwise, and performance is good — but it’s disappointing to have a hardware issue so soon. I hope Best Buy or the manufacturer can help repair or replace the touchpad, because I really liked this laptop until this happened.

I can honestly say the Lenovo is so much better. I love everything about this. The only thing I would change is maybe getting the 14 inches to make it a little more portable, but I love it!

Truly seamless transition from older laptop to this new Lenovo. THE ONLY thing Lenovo - PLEASE make a larger than 16" screen, ALSO PLEASE keep the keypad. PLEASE & THANK YOU. Price was reasonable. This is my first purchase for this brand. Set up was easy. My only problem is with the speed, my husband that it's "operator malfunction". I will check into this when I return home.

My experience has been extremely disappointing, and the issues began well within the first year of use—raising serious concerns about its build quality and reliability (note: my concerns are solely with the product, not the retailer). First, the hinge connecting the screen and body came loose, rendering the 2-in-1 functionality practically useless. Shortly after, the laptop began overheating frequently, and the screen would often fail to power on—symptoms that suggest underlying motherboard problems. For the premium price paid, this level of quality is simply unacceptable. I deeply regret choosing a Lenovo laptop and would not recommend this model to anyone looking for a dependable device.
