The build quality is excellent. The only things I can complain about is the weight and the fingerprint scanner. The laptop is quite heavy but I expected that. The fingerprint reader is a bit inconsistent at times. It serves me well enough. Other than those things the computer completes tasks as i need it.

It's easy to use and the graphics are very pretty and bright. Very quick to log on and log off by turning the side button on or off. At first I was struggling with the computer,I called for an appointment because I was not properly comfortable with it. Didnt know how to turn it on/off. So I went in for the appointment, Did have problems with the person who was suppose to help,his attitude was not someone I would buy a computer from. His started to get sassy and impatient with me. I stood my grounds after buying a computer that cost $900, not knowing that the computer needed to be updated and I had to purchase the Microsoft program $150. But thank God, the Manager came to my rescue and understood my frustration. He helped update the programs and prepare my computer so I could do my assignments from college. I personally owe him a big ALOHA!

Very versatile and powerful 2 in 1 machine!

Very unhappy wit HP printer and would not recommend. They have frozen my ability to print after 8 copies and never sent the the set of free cassettes that were included in the purchase. I turn it off when not in use and getting emails from them to turn it back on - DO NOT RECOMMEND. unfortunately too late to return or I would have Will have to take to the Geeks to try to get them disconnected and the chips in the ink disconnected. will see what brand they recommend purchasing. Would add pictures but this is on computer not on phone so not able to photograph
