This is the first time I've owned a Lenovo and I love everything about it. And everything comes up fast. As with all laptops nowadays there are not a lot of outlets but then, if one is needed you can buy all kinds of connectors. This was an open box but everything seems new to me.

However, the date/time won’t set properly using the drop down so i have to manually enter it which causes some sites to not work.

Thankfully, I had purchased the extended warranty. The repair process was smooth—Lenovo’s customer service was helpful, and they guided me through every step. I shipped it out, and it was repaired and returned quickly. The warranty definitely saved me from an expensive repair bill. The only issue that I can see as of now is the area that you use for a mouse or your finger is consistently freezing and the pointer on the screen will not move so I have to use the touchscreen option that this laptop provides.
