if i can go back and choose between then and an apple ... you already know the rest lol, amazing computer, strong lasting battery hours, they did a fantastic job with the touch screen works very well fast smooth never lags , inlove with it being foldable works great if i dont have a desk at the moment . pc games laptop 3.8/5 rate works good need a xbox controller . over all 10/5

Needed to replace outdated laptop with something that could actually power up! This is an excellent laptop for everyday use. Good for Microsoft application use, internet use, etc. Number keypad on keyboard is SO useful.

Great upgrade from my 10 yr old laptop, obviously. I like the ability to connect 2 external displays, but will also run the laptop screen as a 3rd if you wish. The power port is also another video port so I use 1 HDMI and 1 USB-C port. The video response is great, the ability to use my work applications is plenty. The use of a touchscreen display is a bonus when I need to go on the road. Great laptop for the price.

Computer works well, I love the flexibility. My daughter finds it easy to use.

Bought this for my daughter. She’s happy with it. So I bought this because it goes in tablet mode. I thought she could play mobile games on it. Didn’t realize it can’t play them. Ugh. I thought tablet mode meant it became a “tablet.” I feel dumb. Now I have to buy a tablet to play her games. Oh and when she plays Roblox. The battery only lasts 2 hours!!! That game really drains the battery! The laptop has a gaming mode which is good. Before the game lagged. But once she put it in gaming mode it was fine.

It’s great for school. The battery life is great and the speed is great as well.

With respect to the price. Very well built, materials and that the touch screen flips back! The display is great. It is quick for daily tasks with enough ports for peripherals. I added a USB c hub. I highly recommend this for everyday use.

Bought this updated laptop for our small home business. We found the display to be crisp and clear, the keyboard comfortable featuring a number pad which is a bonus. So far, we have found it to be a solid and reliable computer for productivity and media without breaking the bank.

Setup was lengrhy but easy, like usual. Touchscreen is very nice and easy to use. Internal speakers are slightly lacking but wasnt expecting surround sound quality either. All in all, happy with my purchase. Battery life is good but not great.

I still am learning, very nice picture and speed, hoping to get many years before an upgrade is needed, always great service at Best Buy, you tell them what you are looking for and they suggest what is best, I spent a little more to buy geek squad
