    Just starting to use the product. So far, everything has worked properly with no problems. I like the profile and size of the laptop. The 2-in-1 feature is nice, but not sure I will use them. I bought the laptop based on the sales price and was looking for at least 1G of storage and 16GB of Memory. This seemed to be the best value for the dollar. Like the screen size and image.

    We bought this laptop for my 82yo father, who has basic needs such as watching videos and chatting on Facebook. He finds it easy to use and figure out after a bit of setting up. The lit keyboard helps him to see the keys easier even with his reduced vision. We got wireless headphones so that others don't have to listen to his stuff.

    Pretty good battery life and speedy internet surfing. This is a great choice for students. Be wary of the weird bluetooth settings, I have to go deep into the settings for it to play audio through new bluetooth earbuds

    I like the laptop. I had a negative experience with the store that I bought it from, and it missing pieces like the charger. But again, that’s not the laptop’s fault. Laptop works so well, she is sleek and powerful. This laptop works well for what I needed it for

    Perfect for all my needs. Great color, fast computer. Easy to see screen and lite up keyboard. Is a heavy computer, so I don't think it would be good to carry around for any distance.

    With respect to the price. Very well built, materials and that the touch screen flips back! The display is great. It is quick for daily tasks with enough ports for peripherals. I added a USB c hub. I highly recommend this for everyday use.
