Unfortunately, mine arrived in a weird/damaged box, which made me uncomfortable keeping it, so I returned it. I’d recommend the laptop itself, but shipping/packaging needs improvement.

The only issue was trying to get office 2024 on it instead of the subscription-based office software.

Easy set up and the touch screen is very responsive to light touch. Keyboard lights make it easy to see keys in low light and the keys don’t need to be pounded on to respond.
